Century Cam
Sam Raimi has an idea to create what he calls a "Century Cam." Basically, he wants to place cameras above all major American cities to document the United States' urban landscape for, get this, 1,000 years (which begs to question why he is calling it a "century cam").
By taking a frame per day for 1,000 years, someone could watch a year's worth of shots in 15 seconds, a decade's worth in 2.5 minutes and a century in 25 minutes. The entire 1,000 years could be viewed in about 4 hours.
