Tracking kids with RFID
According to this Silicon.com article, schools in Osaka, Japan are going to tag their students' clothing and/or backpacks with RFID tags in order to keep track of them. Legoland in Denmark is also using a similar scheme to keep kids from getting lost. Although I know that the privacy nuts will be against this stuff, I think it is yet another great use for RFID.
