Lego Cryo Mouse
I'm not really big on doing hardware mods. The only one I've ever done is turning an Iopener internet appliance into a Windows 98 PC. However, this Lego Cryo Mouse that I saw on Hack A Day is pretty cool. Basically, it puts a little Lego figure inside a faux cryogenic chamber in a Microsoft Intellimouse.
The only downside of this is that I would need a Dremel and once I have a Dremel I would have no excuse for not doing more hardware mods.
