With JiffyBill, you can create bills for those friends who promised to pay you back (but you suspect that they won't). JiffyBill even figures out the tax and tip for your friend's portion of restaurant tabs. Cool. Plus, they use PayPal to process all transactions so you don't need to setup any credit card info with JiffyBill.
