Got our closing date
Amy and I signed the final paperwork needed to get the building process rolling. We found out that our tentative closing date is September 30, 2005. We were expecting something early in September.
Because we are planning on listing our house in the middle of May, there is a good possibility that we may have to move twice: once into a short-term condo in the summer and then into the house in September. I am definitely not looking forward to that.
I guess someone giving us our full asking price could make that a more attractive option, though.
