sMoRTy71 = caffeine-free (sorta)
I finally decided to kick my caffeine habit. It seemed like I was drinking nothing but coffee or Dr. Pepper (and that probably isn't too healthy). So over the weekend, I started weaning myself off of caffeine. I've pretty much got it down to 1 caffeinated beverage a day (Today, I needed a Dr. Pepper in the afternoon to curb the withdrawal headache).
I've kicked my habit once before (for about 3 years). I found that once I got used to not drinking it that I actually felt much better (and I could go to sleep before 1 AM).
