Forrester's Online Community Best Practices
A few weeks ago, I was interviewed by Jeremiah Owyang from Forrester (thanks to an recommendation from friend and former colleague Bill Johnston from Forum One's Online Community Report) about building and fostering online communities. Jeremiah had covered Profilactic on his personal blog previously, so it was nice opportunity to connect the dots with that and the stuff I do at work.

I got an e-mail from Scott Wright at Forrester yesterday letting me know that the research report had been published.

So if you're interested in online community best practices, you may want to check out the report. I think it would be a good resource for making the case to upper management about the time, effort and staffing needed to run a successful online community.
Comments:
Feel free to 'review' the report and let me know what you thought of it.

Thanks again for participating.
